Our Team

CVCPR consultants are integral to our company. Their technical expertise is important, but equal in significance is the way they present themselves to the client.

To the client the consultant that is at their home is CVCPR. The way our consultants act, explains what the issues at hand are, and confidence (NOT arrogance - there is a difference!) in which they remedy the situation is a direct reflection on CVCPR itself.

  • Strong customer service: being able to explain something complicated/speciifc/technical in a way that the average person can understand, so that they feel good about having us in their house and don't feel like they are part of that Computer Guy SNL skit.
  • Strong technical expertise: our technicians are the best at what they do - we'll solve your problem the right way, not just tell you to reformat your hard drive.
  • Punctuality: unlike the cable company, when we say we'll be at your home at 9, we will (not 'sometime between 9 and 12').

These values make us all feel proud to be part of CVCPR and its success. Most importantly, these values are imperative to CVCPR's continued success.

CVCPR is a way of life; we live it and represent it anytime and anywhere. We aren't out to make a fast buck at the expense of the client. We give clients honest, straightforward answers and advice. If a machine isn't worth fixing, we'll let them know. Instead of cutting corners, we go above and beyond. We are interested in building a long term relationship with our clients, and it shows in the way we talk to them - down to earth, not above their heads in techno babble.

We entertain, we explain, we train. These are the tenets that set us above the rest. These are the guidelines that make us a breed apart. This is the CVCPR Experience.
